3 Series 20A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board 11.1V 12V 12.6V

This product is a 3 Series 20A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board with Balance for 11.1V 12V 12.6V Drill Motor Lipo Cell Module. It has the following features:

– It has a recovery function that automatically restores the board after a short circuit or overcharge.
– It uses 10 low-resistance MOS tubes to reduce heat and improve efficiency.
– It supports a continuous discharge current of 20A and a balanced current of 100mA for various applications such as electric drills, sprayers, LED lights, and low-power inverters. (Please lower the load current if the cooling environment is poor.)
– It is compatible with nominal 3.6V or 3.7V lithium batteries, including 18650, 26650, and polymer types. The charging voltage can range from 16.8V to 18.1V.
– It has a continuous charge current limit of 20A. The balanced version is suitable for drills with a starting current below 80A and a power below 135W.
– It has a compact size of about 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm, which can be easily installed on the battery pack or in a small space.

Features:

1. 3S 11.1V 12.6V 20A 18650 lithium battery protection board (comes with recovery function-AUTO Recovery).
2. Application: Nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium battery (including 18650.26650, a polymer lithium battery).
3. Continuous discharge current (upper limit): 20A (if the cooling environment is not good, please reduce the load current use).
4. Continuous charge current (upper limit): 20A.
5. Suitable for the drills with starting current below 80A, power 135W below.

Note:

1. The Successful start of the drill requires a three 15C-20C power battery, or six 10C-15C power battery (ordinary 18650 cannot start the drill!!).
2. Strictly according to map wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V, do not deliberately short circuit.
3. When the load of the brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motor’s positive and negative terminals to prevent the reverse spike from the motor. Break the MOS tube.
4. 4 groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries, if not the same, please fill each battery separately and then use it in series. The Discharge test, the voltage drops faster battery that group is a poor battery.
